the arrows should still have feathers, especially if she ever hopes to use it above water. plastic fletching would be your best bet, perhaps fletching that's curled over just a bit at the top. that may help it fly through water and air with more accuracy. source: i'm an archer :P
other than that, i would suggest something a bit different about her quirk, the capitalising all the letters of a certain word is kind of... weird to read, and somewhat common? replacing that with something related to her interests, or along those lines, would be a good idea. lastly, lusii are usually two steps away from reality. for example, karkat's crabdad is a crab (reality) who is anthropomorphic (step 1) and huge (step 2). so spicing up her lusus would be a great idea as well~
and just to make sure, trolls dont actually know what mom or dad means so she wouldn't say turtlemom :)
she is a very neat looking fantroll though! dont forget to add interests and her land. it should be Land of ____ and Frogs, as she's a space hero.
